Before Simply Safe Group™ was ever an idea, I was already living the reality behind it.

I'm a mum. An educator. An education assistant. A foster and respite carer. My life has always revolved around children, care, connection — and trying to create environments where children feel emotionally safe, supported and genuinely seen.

But over the years, something slowly started breaking my heart.

The industry I loved was slowly taking away the very passion that brought so many of us into it in the first place. I watched incredible educators become exhausted. Not because they stopped caring — but because they were drowning.

  • paperwork
  • disconnected systems
  • constant documentation
  • compliance pressure
  • unrealistic expectations
  • endless box-ticking

The people who entered this industry with love, creativity and passion were slowly becoming overwhelmed just trying to survive the day. And the hardest part was watching educators start losing confidence in themselves because they could never "keep up" with everything being demanded of them.

I could feel the passion leaving rooms.

The conversations became shorter.

The presence became thinner.

The pressure became heavier.

The small moments that matter most to children were quietly disappearing beneath screens, forms and operational chaos. That finally broke me. Because I realised the most important thing in all of our lives — our children — did not have the connected standard of care and support they truly deserved.

Not because educators didn't care. Because the systems around them were failing them.

That's who I am
  • I feel everything deeply.
  • I see patterns.
  • I see pressure.
  • I see what people are carrying before they even say it.

And to me, the solution started to feel so simple:

Why are we making the people caring for children carry all of this alone? Why are systems making educators feel less human instead of more supported? Why are we accepting "surviving" as the standard in an industry built around children?

That became the moment everything changed for me. The moment I realised maybe I'm the person who is supposed to help create that change. Not because I wanted to start a company. Because I couldn't ignore it anymore.

Simply Safe Group™ became my passion, my purpose and the clearest feeling I've ever had of:

"This is what I'm here for."

Not technology for the sake of technology

Real support. Real connection. Real accountability. Real care.

A connected system that gives educators time back with children.

Supports the highest standard of care without destroying the people providing it.

Built around presence, not paperwork.

"Children deserve emotionally present adults. When educators are properly supported, children thrive."
